Travel if required is $80 per hour away from
Albany, Western Australia.
Our time in filming
for a virtual tour (all of our video is high
photo shoot of the property.
Editing and sizing photos.
Creating your webpage and then uploading.
The cost of each customised display sign with your phone number on it, if
required, is $88.
You can save money
by providing video or photos yourself.
A write up of your property should be provided (no limit to
words, but within reason), we can assist in tuning the text if required.
It all depends on
what you need created and your spending budget.
If you are considering selling privately, keep in mind, if
successful, you will not be paying any commission for the
sale of your property unless you currently also have it listed
with an agent, where their rules may apply.
